  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to appropriations; authorizing state bonds; 
  1.3             appropriating money to rebuild and fortify the 
  1.4             historic territorial prison wall in Stillwater. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [STILLWATER HISTORIC TERRITORIAL PRISON WALL.] 
  1.7      Subdivision 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] $650,000 is appropriated 
  1.8   from the bond proceeds fund to the city of Stillwater to rebuild 
  1.9   and fortify the historic territorial prison wall. 
  1.10     Subd. 2.  [BOND SALE.] To provide the money appropriated by 
  1.11  this section from the bond proceeds fund, the commissioner of 
  1.12  finance shall sell and issue bonds of the state in an amount up 
  1.13  to $650,000 in the manner, on the terms, and with the effect 
  1.14  prescribed by Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 16A.675, 
  1.15  and by the Minnesota Constitution, article XI, sections 4 to 7. 
  1.16     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.17     Section 1 is effective the day after its final enactment.
