relating to libraries; providing access to the Electronic Library for Minnesota;
proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 134.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.

[134.55] ELECTRONIC LIBRARY FOR MINNESOTA.

A school media center, public library as defined by section 134.001, subdivision 2,
state government agency library, and public or private college or university library must
be given access to selected databases of the Electronic Library for Minnesota.
