relating to state government; providing deficiency funding for the Office of
Administrative Hearings; appropriating money.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$196,000 in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the general fund to the Office of
Administrative Hearings to maintain fair, timely, and impartial hearings in campaign and
data practices matters. This is a onetime appropriation.
