relating to health care; appropriating money for the training of family doctors.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$1,600,000 is appropriated for the biennium beginning July 1, 2007, from the
general fund to the commissioner of health to award as a grant to a medical residency
program located in northern Minnesota for the preparation of physicians specifically
educated to provide care in rural communities and remote areas of Minnesota.
