  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      The following sum is appropriated to the commissioner of 
  1.7   children, families, and learning for a collaborative urban 
  1.8   educator program: 
  1.9        $895,000     .....     1998 
  1.10     This appropriation is available until June 30, 1999.
