BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; COMUNIDADES LATINAS UNIDAS EN SERVICIO
(CLUES).

new text begin $300,000 in fiscal year 2022 and $300,000 in fiscal year 2023 are appropriated from the
arts and cultural heritage fund to the commissioner of administration for a grant to
Comunidades Latinas Unidas En Servicio (CLUES) to expand arts programming and to
facilitate education and events to celebrate cultural heritage in the Latino community.
