relating to employment; appropriating money for a grant to YWCA St. Paul.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin YWCA ST. PAUL; APPROPRIATION.

new text begin (a) $1,334,490 in fiscal year 2016 is appropriated from the general fund to the
commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to YWCA St. Paul
for training and employment services.

new text begin (b) Of this amount:
new text end

new text begin (1) $517,320 is for training and job placement assistance, including commercial
driver's license training, through the job placement and retention program; and
new text end

new text begin (2) $817,170 is for youth intervention services through the community ambassadors
and youth employment program.
