BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

appropriated from the general fund to the Department of Education for the fiscal years
designated.

new text begin For recovery program grants under Minnesota
Statutes, section 124D.695, to preserve Minnesota's recovery schools and expand recovery
school services, including chemical health services:
