for point source implementation grants.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; POINT SOURCE IMPLEMENTATION GRANTS.

new text begin $20,000,000 in fiscal year 2022 is appropriated from the general fund to the Public
Facilities Authority for grants to eligible municipalities under the point source implementation
grants program under Minnesota Statutes, section 446A.073.
