A bill for an act
 relating to capital investment; appropriating money for capital improvements to
the Red Lake Nation Tribal College Minneapolis site of the Red Lake Band of
Chippewa Indians.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin RED LAKE BAND OF CHIPPEWA INDIANS; RED LAKE NATION
TRIBAL COLLEGE, MINNEAPOLIS SITE; APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $3,000,000 in fiscal year 2024 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of higher education for a grant to the Red Lake Band of Chippewa Indians to complete
construction and renovation of the Red Lake Nation Tribal College, Minneapolis location.
This appropriation is available until the project is completed or abandoned, subject to
Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.
