Institute.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$3,897,000 in fiscal year 2020 and $4,007,000 in fiscal year 2021 are appropriated from
the general fund to the Agricultural Utilization Research Institute for the purposes of carrying
out the duties under Minnesota Statutes, chapter 116V. $104,000 of the fiscal year 2020
appropriation and $214,000 of the fiscal year 2021 appropriation are increases over the
budget base.
