A bill for an act
relating to higher education; providing funding to the University of Minnesota to
support regenerative medicine research activities; appropriating money.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin UNIVERSITY OF MINNESOTA; REGENERATIVE MEDICINE;
APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $7,500,000 in fiscal year 2016 and $7,500,000 in fiscal year 2017 are appropriated
from the general fund to the Board of Regents of the University of Minnesota for the
purpose of increasing the number of medical researchers doing research in regenerative
medicine at the University of Minnesota.
