  1.2             relating to traffic regulations; changing length 
  1.3             limitation from definition of residential roadway; 
  1.4             amending Minnesota Statutes 2002, section 169.01, 
  1.5             subdivision 81. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 2002, section 169.01, 
  1.8   subdivision 81, is amended to read: 
  1.9      Subd. 81.  [RESIDENTIAL ROADWAY.] "Residential roadway" 
  1.10  means a street or portion of a street that is less than one-half 
  1.11  three-quarters of a mile in length and is functionally 
  1.12  classified as a local street by the road authority having 
  1.13  jurisdiction.
