relating to public safety; prohibiting the implementation of any federal law
requiring a national identification card.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

for the implementation by the state of the sections of any law enacted by Congress that
require a national identification card.
