A bill for an act
relating to public safety; appropriating money to the
Dodge County drug court.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

$100,000 in fiscal year 2006 and $100,000 in fiscal year
2007 are appropriated from the general fund to the state court
administrator for a court coordinator and case manager in the
Dodge County drug court.
