  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $25,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.8   commissioner of health for a grant to the Greater Staples 
  1.9   Hospital in Staples, Minnesota, for the infant hearing screening 
  1.10  program.  The appropriation is available until June 30, 1998.
