  1.2             relating to education; authorizing a grant to school 
  1.3             district No. 199, Inver Grove, for a full day 
  1.4             kindergarten program; appropriating money. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [FULL DAY KINDERGARTEN GRANT.] 
  1.7      $584,000 in fiscal year 2002 and $584,000 in fiscal year 
  1.8   2003 are appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner 
  1.9   of children, families, and learning for a grant to school 
  1.10  district No. 199, Inver Grove, for the operation of a full day 
  1.11  kindergarten program. 
  1.12     [EFFECTIVE DATE.] This section is effective July 1, 2001.
