A bill for an act
 relating to transportation; amending the description of the Caleb L. Erickson
Memorial Highway in Waseca County; amending Minnesota Statutes 2022, section
161.14, subdivision 97.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 161.14, subdivision 97, is amended to read:


Subd. 97.

Corporal Caleb L. Erickson Memorial Highway.

Township to the northern border of Blooming Grove Township is designated as "Corporal
Caleb L. Erickson Memorial Highway." Subject to section 161.139, the commissioner must
adopt a suitable design to mark this highway and erect appropriate signs.
