A bill for an act
relating to agriculture; delaying the effective date to eliminate certain limitations
on wind easements; amending Laws 2008, chapter 296, article 1, section 25,
as amended.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Laws 2008, chapter 296, article 1, section 25, the effective date, as amended
by Laws 2010, chapter 333, article 1, section 33, is amended to read:
EFFECTIVE DATE.
This section is effective June 1, 2012 2017.
EFFECTIVE DATE.
This section is effective the day following final enactment.
