A bill for an act
relating to labor and industry; appropriating money for the Vinland Center for
rehabilitation services.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $200,000 in fiscal year 2008 and $200,000 in fiscal year 2009 are appropriated from
the workers' compensation fund to the commissioner of labor and industry for a grant to
the Vinland Center for rehabilitation services. Any unexpended and unencumbered funds
from the first year of the biennium may carry forward into the second year.
