A bill for an act
relating to human services; appropriating money for
children and community services.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

$50,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the
commissioner of human services for the biennium beginning July
1, 2005, for purposes of Minnesota Statutes, chapter 256M. This
appropriation shall become part of the base appropriation.
