BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

HERITAGE, AND HISTORY GRANTS.

$110,000 in fiscal year 2020 is appropriated from the arts and cultural heritage fund to
the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Humanities Center for a grant to The DIAL Group
to provide educational experiences, exhibits, programs, and events that celebrate Hmong
culture with programs that focus on modern and traditional Hmong music, dance, ceremonial
arts, and history. The appropriation is available until June 30, 2021.
