  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to agriculture; appropriating money for seed 
  1.3             potato inspection. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION; SEED POTATO INSPECTION FUND.] 
  1.6      $200,000 is appropriated to the commissioner of agriculture 
  1.7   from the general fund for the biennium ending June 30, 2001.  
  1.8   This amount must be credited to the seed potato inspection fund 
  1.9   and used for the administration and enforcement of Minnesota 
  1.10  Statutes, sections 21.80 to 21.92.  The appropriation is to 
  1.11  supplement the fees paid by seed potato growers.
