A bill for an act
 relating to the Minnesota POST Board; disaster assistance contingency account;
transferring and appropriating money.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin $500,000 in fiscal year 2019 is transferred from the general fund to the peace officer
training account in the special revenue fund to pay for a projected deficiency in the peace
officer training account. This is a onetime transfer.

Sec. 2. new text begin DISASTER ASSISTANCE CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT.

new text begin $10,000,000 in fiscal year 2019 is transferred from the general fund to the disaster
assistance contingency account in the special revenue fund established under Minnesota
Statutes, section 12.221, subdivision 6. This is a onetime transfer.
