relating to natural resources; appropriating money for a grant from the parks and
trails fund to Grant County for trail purposes.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; PARKS AND TRAILS FUND.

new text begin $....... is appropriated in fiscal year 2014 from the parks and trails fund to the
commissioner of natural resources for a grant to Grant County for acquisition and
improvements for a trail from the city of Elbow Lake to Pomme de Terre Lake. This is a
onetime appropriation and is available until spent.
