  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [YOUTHBUILD.] 
  1.6      Subdivision 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] $....... is appropriated 
  1.7   from the general fund to the department of economic security for 
  1.8   the biennium ending June 30, 1997, for Youthbuild grants under 
  1.9   Minnesota Statutes, sections 268.31 to 268.36. 
  1.10     Subd. 2.  [TRAINING PROGRAM.] A Minnesota Youthbuild 
  1.11  program funded under this section as authorized in Minnesota 
  1.12  Statutes, sections 268.31 to 268.36 qualifies as an approved 
  1.13  training program under Minnesota Rules, part 5200.0930, subpart 
  1.14  1.
