A bill for an act
 relating to housing; appropriating money for capital improvements to low-income
accessible housing units owned by Accessible Space, Inc. in the cities of St. Paul,
Roseville, and Stillwater.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin ACCESSIBLE SPACE, INC.; APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $1,150,000 in fiscal year 2024 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of employment and economic development for a grant to Accessible Space, Inc., a 501(c)(3)
nonprofit organization, for capital improvements of low-income accessible housing units
located at 814 Iglehart Avenue, St. Paul, MN; 825 Selby Avenue, St. Paul, MN; 1370 Curve
Crest Boulevard, Stillwater, MN; 135 to 154 Western Avenue S., St. Paul, MN; and 1074
Roselawn Avenue W., Roseville, MN. This is a onetime appropriation and is available until
spent, subject to Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.
