  1.2             relating to economic development; appropriating money 
  1.3             to the city of Hibbing for purchase of a building. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $1,800,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2002 to the city 
  1.7   of Hibbing for purchase of the central campus building on the 
  1.8   campus of Hibbing community college.  The building must be used 
  1.9   for economic development purposes.
