  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.8      $50,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2000 from the 
  1.9   general fund to the commissioner of children, families, and 
  1.10  learning for a planning grant to independent school district No. 
  1.11  300, La Crescent-Hokah, as fiscal agent for the parties, for a 
  1.12  potential collaborative city-county-school district 
  1.13  administration and community education facility.
