A bill for an act
relating to education finance; authorizing the commissioner of education to waive
the General Education Development (GED) test fee under certain circumstances;
amending Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 124D.55.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 124D.55, is amended to read:


124D.55 GENERAL EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT (GED) TEST FEES.

individual for the full battery of a general education development (GED) test, but not more

definition of homeless under section 116L.361.
