A bill for an act
relating to environment; requiring a report on strategies to prevent endocrine
disruptors in waters of the state.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin ENDOCRINE DISRUPTOR REPORT.

new text begin The commissioner of the Pollution Control Agency shall prepare a report on
strategies to prevent the entry of endocrine disruptors into waters of the state. The report
must include an estimate for each strategy of the proportion of endocrine disruptors that
are prevented from entering the waters of the state. The commissioner shall submit the
report to the house and senate committees having jurisdiction over environment and
natural resources policy and finance by January 15, 2008.
