A bill for an act
 relating to liquor; authorizing Carlton County to issue a wine and malt liquor
license in Thomson Township.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin LICENSE AUTHORIZED; THOMSON TOWNSHIP.

new text begin Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 340A.412, subdivision 4, paragraph
(a), clause (8), the Carlton County Board may issue an on-sale wine and malt liquor
license to premises located at 3 Highway 61 East in Thomson Township. All provisions of
Minnesota Statutes, section 340A, not inconsistent with this section, apply to the license
authorized by this section.
