  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $2,000,000 in fiscal year 1996 and $2,000,000 in fiscal 
  1.7   year 1997 are appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.8   commissioner of trade and economic development for the community 
  1.9   resources program in Minnesota Statutes, section 466A.03.
