BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$22,425,000 in fiscal year 2020 and $22,425,000 in fiscal year 2021 are appropriated
from the general fund to the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency for deposit in the housing
development fund for the economic development and housing challenge program under
Minnesota Statutes, section 462A.33.
