  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [ORVILLE L. FREEMAN BUILDING.] 
  1.7      The headquarters of the department of agriculture shall be 
  1.8   named the Orville L. Freeman building.
