  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to education; authorizing a fund transfer for 
  1.3             independent school district No. 485, Royalton. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [FUND TRANSFER; ROYALTON.] 
  1.6      Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, sections 123B.79, 
  1.7   123B.80, and 475.61, subdivision 4, on June 30, 2001, 
  1.8   independent school district No. 485, Royalton, may permanently 
  1.9   transfer up to $64,000 from its debt redemption fund to its 
  1.10  reserved for capital account in its general fund without making 
  1.11  a levy reduction.  
  1.12     [EFFECTIVE DATE.] This section is effective the day 
  1.13  following final enactment.
