  1.2             relating to education; increasing youth service 
  1.3             revenue; amending Minnesota Statutes 1998, section 
  1.4             124D.20, subdivision 4. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 1998, section 124D.20, 
  1.7   subdivision 4, is amended to read: 
  1.8      Subd. 4.  [YOUTH SERVICE REVENUE.] Youth service program 
  1.9   revenue is available to a district that has implemented a youth 
  1.10  development plan and a youth service program.  Youth service 
  1.11  revenue equals $1 $3 times the greater of 1,335 or the 
  1.12  population of the district.
