relating to capital investment; appropriating money for improvements to the Little
Falls wastewater treatment facility under the point source implementation grant
program.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; LITTLE FALLS.

new text begin $6,916,233 in fiscal year 2020 is appropriated from the general fund to the Public
Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of Little Falls for improvements to the city's
wastewater treatment facility under Minnesota Statutes, section 446A.073. This is a onetime
appropriation intended to replace funding that may be available under Laws 2018, chapter
214, article 6, section 4, and is available until the project is completed or abandoned as
provided in Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.
