  1.4             for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 97C. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [97C.404] [YELLOW PERCH LIMITS.] 
  1.7      Subdivision 1.  [LIMITS.] The daily limit for yellow perch 
  1.8   is 20.  The possession limit for yellow perch is 50. 
  1.9      Subd. 2.  [EXPIRATION.] This section expires January 1, 
  1.10  2006. 
  1.11     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.12     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
