  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to natural resources; appropriating money for 
  1.3             environmental learning centers. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [ENVIRONMENTAL LEARNING CENTERS; 
  1.6   APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $3,000,000 in fiscal year 2002 is appropriated from the 
  1.8   general fund to the commissioner of natural resources for 
  1.9   facility improvement grants of $1,000,000 each to the Wolf Ridge 
  1.10  Environmental Learning Center, Audubon Center of the Northwoods, 
  1.11  and Eagle Bluff Environmental Learning Center.  The grants may 
  1.12  be used to retire debt from previous improvements or for 
  1.13  additional improvements at the centers.  This appropriation is 
  1.14  available until spent.
