requirement to take lynx, bobcat, and fox with a
snare; amending Minnesota Statutes 2004, sections

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2004, section 97B.625,
subdivision 2, is amended to read:


Subd. 2.

A person may

Sec. 2.
