BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$670,000 in fiscal year 2018 and $400,000 in fiscal year 2019 are appropriated from the
general fund to the commissioner of administration for equipment grants to Minnesota
Public Radio, Inc., including for upgrades to Minnesota's Emergency Alert and AMBER
Alert Systems.
