  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [HEAD START PROGRAM TRANSFER.] 
  1.7      The powers and duties of the department of children, 
  1.8   families, and learning with respect to the Head Start program is 
  1.9   transferred to the department of human services, in accordance 
  1.10  with Minnesota Statutes, section 15.039.
