  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to snowmobiles; appropriating money for 
  1.3             snowmobile trails. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $1,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.7   commissioner of natural resources to groom and maintain state 
  1.8   and grant-in-aid snowmobile trails.  The appropriation is 
  1.9   available until June 30, 1997. 
  1.10     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.11     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
