A bill for an act
relating to human services; clarifying minimum water temperature requirements
for family child care homes and group family child care; amending Minnesota
Statutes 2018, section 245A.51, by adding a subdivision.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Minnesota Statutes 2018, section 245A.51, is amended by adding a subdivision
to read:

Notwithstanding Minnesota Rules, part 9502.0435, subpart
15, there is no minimum water temperature requirement for a family child care home and
group family child care.
