relating to government trade relations; establishing a trade and cultural exchange
relationship between Minnesota and Somalia; appropriating money.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$....... is appropriated from the general fund in fiscal year 2014 to the commissioner
of employment and economic development to establish a trade and cultural exchange
relationship between the state of Minnesota and the nation of Somalia. This is a onetime
appropriation and is available until expended.
