  1.10  BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.11     Section 1.  [SALE OF MODIFIED LIVE VACCINES; RULEMAKING.] 
  1.12     The board of animal health shall adopt rules under 
  1.13  Minnesota Statutes, chapter 14, to amend Minnesota Rules, 
  1.14  chapter 1720, to allow the sale of modified live vaccines, 
  1.15  except for brucellosis, rabies, and anthrax, used to prevent 
  1.16  common cattle diseases without a prescription from a licensed 
  1.17  veterinarian. 
  1.18     Sec. 2.  [REPEALER.] 
  1.19     Subdivision 1.  [ANAPLASMOSIS TESTING REQUIREMENT.] 
  1.20  Minnesota Statutes 2002, section 35.251, is repealed. 
  1.21     Subd. 2.  [RELATED RULES.] Minnesota Rules, parts 
  1.22  1700.0800; 1700.1000; 1700.1300; 1705.0550; 1705.0560; 
  1.23  1705.0570; 1705.0580; 1705.0590; 1705.0600; 1705.0610; 
  1.24  1705.0630; and 1715.1430, are repealed. 
  1.25     Sec. 3.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.26     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
