A bill for an act
relating to housing; appropriating money for capacity building grants.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

$600,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the Housing Finance Agency for
the fiscal biennium ending June 30, 2011, for capacity building grants under Minnesota
Statutes, section 462A.21, subdivision 3b, to be used for continuum of care planning in
greater Minnesota. This appropriation is in addition to any base appropriations funding
and shall become part of the agency's base.
