  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      The following sum is appropriated from the general fund to 
  1.7   the commissioner of children, families, and learning for a grant 
  1.8   to independent school district No. 283, St. Louis Park, for the 
  1.9   Aquila community together project:

  1.11     This appropriation must be matched from nonstate sources.  
  1.12  This appropriation is available until June 30, 1999.
