  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to state government; designating the 
  1.3             photograph "Grace" as the state photograph; proposing 
  1.4             coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 1. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [1.1498] [STATE PHOTOGRAPH.] 
  1.7      Subdivision 1.  [DESIGNATION.] The world-renowned 
  1.8   photograph "Grace," depicting an elderly man bowing his head and 
  1.9   giving thanks, taken in Bovey, Minnesota, in 1918, by Eric 
  1.10  Enstrom, is designated as the state photograph. 
  1.11     Subd. 2.  [PLACEMENT.] A copy of the photograph "Grace" 
  1.12  must be displayed in the office of the secretary of state.
